An Impressive Hotel in the Heart of the City

Very worth it with great prices. Initially, I was trying to find a hotel in Bangkok for a business trip over several days. After searching for a while and not finding anything satisfactory, I came across this hotel on the last day through Google Maps. I checked the reviews, which were around 4.5 stars, and decided to read the latest ones. Most were positive, so I looked at the photos and finally decided to book.

It was challenging to find a hotel because we needed a room for three people. This time, I came with my parents and stayed in a room on the third floor with two queen beds. The beds were very comfortable, the blankets were soft and smelled clean, and the bathroom had strong water pressure with hot water, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes provided. The room even had a sink. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable, and we received two key cards.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It felt clean, and the staff were very friendly and cheerful. From the check-in counter, the staff provided excellent service. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. I'm not sure if it's newly built or recently renovated, but everything still looks new. There was no smell of smoke, only a clean scent. There are four elevators, and the wait time was short. Additionally, the rooms are well soundproofed; I couldn't hear any noise from cars or other rooms, except for occasional sounds when someone walked by. Overall, it was very peaceful. The parking area is also very spacious, which was convenient for us since we brought a car.

I initially planned to write a review last night but decided to wait until after breakfast. The room we booked could accommodate four people, but we booked for three, including breakfast. I believe all rooms come with breakfast.

This morning, we went down for breakfast around 8 AM. The breakfast line was excellent, with just the right amount of variety—not too much or too little. There were various drinks to choose from, cereals for kids, French bread, croissants, and other pastries. There was also rice porridge with condiments, and my favorite was the finely sliced ginger, which I loved. There were salami, cheese, salad, and fruits. Overall, it was excellent.

If the hotel owner happens to read this, I want to say that your staff is doing a great job. The restaurant staff were attentive, constantly refilling, cleaning, and keeping an eye on things. They even helped open food lids. These small gestures left a big impression on me. I also work in the service industry and run a business that requires customer satisfaction. Experiencing such excellent service from fellow service workers feels really good. The staff were cheerful, and all the equipment in the restaurant was very clean. There was one lady who was constantly cleaning the area.

I want to encourage this hotel to keep up the good work. I came with my parents, and they were very happy. They ate well and slept comfortably. As their child, I am glad I chose the right hotel. Coming here reminded me of my school days when I studied at Sri Ayudhya School from grades 10 to 12. It brought back memories of the past. Everything has changed now, but that's just how time works. It's been 23 years, hasn't it? 😇

Lastly, please maintain this standard. I will return at the end of next month to stay here again. 🩷
