Secret recipe spicy Chinese style noodles with soft and melt-in-your-mouth stewed beef

🏘 Zhāng Làmian Zhang La Mian, a spicy noodle recipe from the Zhang family that combines the delicious taste of grandma's noodle soup with Chinese-style chili or la jiao that the restaurant invented itself.

🍜 We ordered a total of 3 menus.
👉 Spicy Zhang La Mian noodles, spiciness level is 5, the stewed beef is very soft and melts in your mouth, the soup is fragrant and rich, and the spiciness level is just right (for 2 of us). But if you like it less spicy, we recommend ordering level 1-2.
👉 The beef hot pot soup comes with rice/noodles. We chose rice. Eating it together is very delicious. There is a lot of meat in the pot. It can feed 3-4 people.
👉 Stir-fried stewed beef with garlic over rice. I have to say that the restaurant uses jasmine rice. When eaten with the stir-fried stewed beef with garlic, it goes very well together. The beef is cut into bite-sized pieces. It's super delicious.
