Sumptuous Spread @ Lakorn European Brasserie

Serving both Western and Thai Cuisine, Lakorn European Brasserie at Rosewood Bangkok, dishes up a hearty breakfast spread in a spacious and elegant ambiance.

Mains are ordered from the menu and are dished out à la minute. Over the period of our stay, we sampled an array of Thai and Western delights. Thai breakfast favourites we had included - Moo Ping (Grilled Marinated Pork Skewers) served with sticky rice, Kai Jeow ( Thai Egg Omelet with Minced Pork) served with rice and Kuai Tiao (Noodle Soup). Western delights included -Egg Benedict, Pork Sausages, Breakfast Potato, French Toast served with banana, maple syrup, cinnamon and pecans as well as Belgian Waffles served with Nutella, Hazelnuts, and Creme Chantilly.

There's also a selection of Continental favourites at the breakfast table section. Pastries, etc, but we could not try any more if those since we had our fill of the sumptuous spread. For drinks, there were plenty of selection, but we went for the concoctions of healthy fresh pressed juices.

In terms of taste, while the food were of very good quality, we felt that we could get better tasting Thai dishes. But no doubt, the dishes were a healthier version than street food. The Western dishes were wonderful and we loved the health boosting juices.
