Maha Vihara Duta Maitreya @ Batam

This is one of Batam main Chinese/Buddhist Temple. This is a very peaceful place. There is a huge complex with three main halls for Buddha, Guang Kong and Guan Yin. There is a vegetarian restaurant as well too. Nice place for a break and a taste for vegan food. My mum is a vegetarian so no worried for her. And a shop that sells all the Buddha items, including beautiful clocks and souvenirs to buy and take home. Almost all tour agents include this in their programmed.
