great spot for remote work

A cozy cafe with quiet "remote workers" immersed in their laptops. It's got an interesting ambience, it's quiet and comfortable. Fast Internet, a powerful fan works inside, but creates a comfortable temperature. There is a terrace. Delicious drinks and food at reasonable prices.

The owner is incredibly kind, and the dirty coffee is incredibly delicious. He even accommodated my request to omit the milk from my Thai tea (and later even brought me water). Polite, considerate service.
