ParkRoyal Penang - Beachfront Bliss🌴

The only thing wrong with this hotel was how much it made me not want to leave 😭! From arrival to checkout there were so many small details that made this hotel unforgettable. The seafront location is stunning! Some of my favourite details include:

- 🏊♂️the pool: warm towels given at pool, lemon water coolers for a refreshing drink after a swim, and buttons on the deck tables to order food and drinks directly to your lounge chair! What’s more relaxing than a fresh coconut by the pool! 🥥I recommend the chicken wings, soooooo yummy. The staff at the pool are fantastic and very attentive to any requests/ questions you have.

- 🍹welcome drinks: after a smooth check-in you are directed to the lounge for complimentary welcome drinks! It was a delightful fruit juice made of a variety of local fruits that the waiter talked us through. Small gestures like this make so much difference!

- 🍳 breakfast: the breakfast buffet was great and included a variety of choices including western cooked breakfast, local delicacies, chinese style breakfast, fruits, yogurt, continental style, coffee, tea, fresh juice, a egg station, and a pancake station!

- 🌴 outdoor area: the entire outdoor area is just so beautiful and thoughtfully laid out! There are deck chairs in various locations, hammocks, quiet seats, and even a swing chair in a secluded area overlooking the sea! There are multiple paths down to the beach, and taps at the entrances to wash the sand off your feet. There are also outdoor seats for the hotel restaurants along the sea front!

- 🛏️ Room details: we didn’t book a seaview room but I definitely will next time! Despite not having a sea view, I loved our room. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent and even left a small thoughtful note each day with a different towel animal! So cute! The robes in the wardrobe are extremely soft as well 👍

I can’t wait to go back for another fantastic trip!
