A museum with beautiful ginkgo trees to visit in Beijing this winter.

🏨 Beijing Stone Carving Art Museum
Also known as: Wuta Temple, Zhenjue Temple

❤Recommended reason:
The ginkgo trees are all golden now, and the autumn atmosphere is at 100%. There are few people, beautiful scenery, and great photo opportunities. The strong winds in recent days have blown away a lot of leaves, so come as soon as possible, or you'll have to wait until next year!

🌟Highlights:
The Beijing Stone Carving Art Museum is located on the ruins of the Ming Dynasty Zhenjue Temple, which made Liang Sicheng exclaim, "This is one of the earliest and most exquisitely carved pagodas of its kind."

The core building, the Vajra Throne Pagoda, was built in 1473 and features exquisite stone carvings.

Centered around the Vajra Throne, there are 8 exhibition areas, including tomb stone carvings, temple inscriptions, epitaphs, Jesuit inscriptions, ancestral tomb inscriptions, and comprehensive inscriptions.

🗓Itinerary:
1. The "Little Angkor Wat" in Beijing, as if you were in a foreign country
2. Five-story pagoda base, five pagodas, 1,561 Buddha statues
3. Museum stone carving exhibition, more than 2,600 exquisite stone carvings
4. Autumn ginkgo trees and persimmons (most of them have fallen now)

🚉Transportation: Exit C of the National Library, walk 700m

🕙Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday 9:00–17:00, closed on Monday.

💰Average cost:
Tickets: CNY 20, free for the first 200 visitors on Wednesdays.

📝Tips:
