Universal Studio Grand Hotel

I stayed at the official hotel of Universal Studios Beijing for one night. Since it is directly connected to the park, it cost about 45,000 yen. Quite expensive.

It is located in the suburbs, about 50 minutes by taxi from downtown Beijing. The room facilities are as expected from Universal. The amenities, including water, were wonderful. The room key was themed after Harry Potter, and you could watch past Minion movies on the room's TV.

You can enter the park quickly by descending the spiral staircase in the hotel lobby. I had already purchased park tickets on Trip.com, so I just had to show my passport to the staff for smooth entry. This is the biggest advantage of staying at the official hotel.

There was also a souvenir shop inside the hotel. Minions and Harry Potter items seemed to be the best sellers.
