Basic Information

📍Address: No. 16 East Chang'an Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The location is very easy to find, just on the east side of Tiananmen Square.
🚇Transportation: Take Metro Line 1 or Line 2, get off at Tiananmen East Station, exit from Exit C or Exit D, and walk for a few minutes to arrive.
🎫Tickets: The National Museum is open to the public free of charge, but reservations are required in advance. You can make an appointment on the "National Museum" WeChat applet or the official APP of the National Museum. Tickets are released at 17:00 every day. Remember to set the alarm in advance, as tickets for holidays are especially popular.
🕙Opening hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (no admission after 16:30), closed on Mondays, so don't miss it.
