Spring outing: Fayuan Temple and Magnolia, the cuteness of Lanman Hutong

Take bus 877 from Badaling Great Wall to Beitucheng Station and then transfer to the subway to Fayuan Temple, where the fragrance of white magnolia can be smelled.
Fayuan Temple is not big, but it is especially suitable to visit in spring, where you can enjoy the flowers quietly, or go to the nearby Lanman Hutong to drink coffee and take photos.
I didn't look for any guides or check-ins on purpose, I just walked and looked around, and when I turned a corner I saw a small shop with a strong atmosphere, so I went in and sat down. There were all homemade cakes, desserts, bread and cookies inside.
I didn’t order coffee because I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to sleep. I just had a banana and coconut milk smoothie with a chestnut Basque cake. I looked at the sunset outside the window and the shadows of the flowers reflected on the table. I felt very happy.
There really is a secret Lanman hidden in Lanman Hutong.
There are many cafes, and you don’t have to choose the one with a lot of people. It is definitely a wise choice to choose the one where you are comfortable!
