🎈Itinerary:

1. Water Cave: Highly recommended! Be sure to take a boat ride, shuttle through the underground dark river, and admire the eight natural wonders such as "Jade Elephant Playing in the Water" and "Stalactite Peaks". The lights illuminate the cave, making you feel like you are in a fairyland. The whole journey takes about 30 minutes.

2. Dry Cave: Explore on foot and admire the karst landforms such as "Ancient Well" and "Dragon Pool" to feel the miraculous craftsmanship of nature.

3. Geological Museum: A must-go for kids! Learn about the mysteries of cave formation, and there are many interactive experience projects, which are very interesting.

4. Petrified Wood Kingdom: Take photos of ancient petrified wood to easily get great shots.

5. Hiking on the Back Mountain: Walk from the back mountain of the Water Cave to the Taizi River to feel the tranquility of nature (free, takes about 1 hour).

❗Tips to avoid pitfalls:

1. Try to avoid weekends and holidays. It is recommended to arrive on weekdays or before 8am for a better experience with fewer people.

2. The temperature inside the cave is 12℃ all year round, so remember to bring a light jacket; the ground is slippery, so wear non-slip shoes.

3. It is forbidden to use flash to take pictures to protect the stalactites. You can use the night scene mode of your mobile phone or long exposure shooting with a camera.

4. The prices in the scenic area's restaurants are relatively high, so it is recommended to bring your own snacks, or go to Benxi city to taste authentic delicacies such as Xiaoshi Lamb Soup and grilled tofu skin.

🍜Food Recommendations: Xiaoshi Lamb Soup, rich soup, tender lamb; grilled tofu skin, brushed with special sauce, sprinkled with sesame seeds, so fragrant.

The surrounding attractions are also worth a visit, such as Guanmen Mountain National Forest Park, Tanggou Hot Spring, and Laobiangou/Dashihu, each with its own characteristics. For accommodation, the Yongfeng business district in Benxi city has convenient transportation, and Xiaoshi Yizhuang, a popular B&B around the scenic area, allows you to experience the Manchu-style Eight Bowls.

Hey everyone, action speaks louder than words, so hurry up and arrange a trip to experience the unique charm of Benxi Water Cave!
