The blue metallic body is cool! As the name suggests, it travels at the speed of sound!
Personally, I recommend seat A (on the right when traveling from Hakata to Kokura, or on the left when traveling from Kokura to Oita), where you can see Beppu Bay!
Note: The Sonic is a pendulum-type train, so it shakes quite a bit while traveling. If you're not good with vehicles, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication.
