A must-see spot for sightseeing in Beppu is the Hell Tour. Tickets cost 2,000 yen. You can see a total of seven types of hell hot springs. After seeing two, Sea Hell and Oniishibozu Hell, you can then move by car. After that, you can see three, Kamado Hell, Oniyama Hell, and Shiraike Hell, and then move by car. Finally, it is common to see two, Blood Pond Hell and Tatsumaki Hell. I was surprised at how much the scenery can change even at the same hot spring. It's a view that you can never see anywhere else, so if you've come all the way to Beppu, it's definitely worth seeing!
