The Victory Column (Siegessäule) stands tall in the heart of Berlin's Tiergarten, symbolizing German unity and victory. Inside the column, a spiral staircase leads to the top. After climbing 285 steps, you'll reach the observation deck. Though not very high, it offers a panoramic view of Berlin, including the Brandenburg Gate. Especially at sunset, the red sky blending with the green park creates a picturesque scene. The path up is narrow and steep, so it's best to take your time and rest along the way.

The surrounding Tiergarten park is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Many people relax on the lawns, sipping coffee or listening to music. Although the column was once used as Nazi propaganda, it has now become a space where citizens enjoy peace. It's a symbol of the past transformed into a new meaning.
