Shirokane Blue Pond, visited during a trip to Hokkaido

I thought it would be difficult to get there deep in the mountains, but I was surprised to find a beautifully maintained parking lot, a walking trail, and even souvenirs nearby lol

It was a little cloudy the day I went, but the pond was still blue and mysterious.

The blue soda ice cream had a northern fox cookie on top and was refreshingly delicious ✨️
