When people run restaurants, they themselves have hands on experience in the kitchen. The food there tastes different and more often is delightful. This restaurant is exactly that. Besides the fact that we loved there were chinese and thai options too. I mean sometimes it's nice for a change.
But certain dishes were so impressive that it felt even better than what it tasted like in the counties they come from. For example the Thai tom yum here is like a symphony: every note of taste sounds loud and harmonious. Coconut mousse is not a dessert, but a cloud woven from tenderness. And the fruit juice? It's perfectly done and best in Bintan. Dont even get me started about the alcoholic drinks.
