Birmingham: Birmingham Cathedral

Birmingham Cathedral, also known as St Philip’s, is a small but really charming spot right in the city center. It’s easy to step inside while exploring the area, and the atmosphere is surprisingly calm compared to the busy streets outside. The stained-glass windows by Burne-Jones are stunning when the light hits them, and they were honestly my favorite part of the visit. I liked that it doesn’t feel overwhelming—you can take your time, look around, and just enjoy the space. It’s not the biggest cathedral you’ll see, but it has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes it worth stopping by. #birminghamtrip
