Spring Vibes at Cafe De Paris in Bishkek

One of my favorite finds in Bishkek this spring was Cafe De Paris — a super chic café with a blue-toned interior and a lovely terrace that’s perfect for tea time in the sunshine. I ordered Syrniki, which are like little cheese pancakes, topped with berry sauce and sour cream. So soft, so rich, so delicious! It paired perfectly with a pot of hot tea.

The place feels both classy and cozy — whether you’re enjoying the sunshine outdoors or relaxing inside, it’s a great stop during a spring stroll.
