🏝️ This May Day, I finally took my child to the other side of the Anywhere Door to Boracay Island!
I visited Bohol Island a few years ago, swam with whale sharks, and 🤿 experienced the sardine storm. This time, the main purpose of visiting Boracay Island is for leisure, and 5 days and 4 nights are just right.
🏨 This time, I didn't choose the popular hotels but carefully selected a new hotel that opened last year, Mandarin Bay, which is near station 2.
💛 The hardware facilities of the hotel are very good. The suite we stayed in was very spacious, with a living room + bedroom + bathtub + sofa bed, really comfortable! The room overlooks the swimming pool, and the view is unbeatable!
🏊🏻♀️ The hotel's swimming pool is very large, and because it's in the center of the hotel, it's not too sunny during the day. There is a deep-water area and a paddling pool suitable for children. The rooms with direct access to the swimming pool are also very nice!
🤩 Surprisingly, they also provide free water play tools, which is so considerate!
💗 The breakfast is very rich, and the restaurant leads directly to the white beach. It's only a 10-minute walk from dmall, which is very convenient for finding food. However, the best meal we had was at Gerry's Grill next to the hotel. It gets crowded during meal times, so be sure to go early!
【Play Experience】
✅ Sunset Sailing: A must-try activity, bargaining with the locals will generally cost around 600₱. You can see the beautiful egg yolk sunset and the evening glow.
✅ Island Hopping: A day trip out to sea, you can visit Crystal Island, Magic Island, Puka Beach, and have a snorkeling experience. If you are with a group, it's recommended to charter a boat. Crystal Island is for sightseeing, and Magic Island is for cliff jumping, with an entrance fee of 350₱ per person.
✅ Virgin Mary Rock: A landmark attraction, with a statue of the Virgin Mary enshrined on the rock. There are crystal boats available for sliding, and it's a great spot for taking photos.
✅ Friday Beach: The quality of the sand here is much better than near White Beach, and there are fewer people, making it very suitable for taking children to play in the sand.
✅ Lambros Point: Located at Diniwid Beach, it's a popular spot for taking photos at the Cave, and a 10-minute walk from Friday Beach. Hand your phone to the locals, and for 50₱ you can get a lifetime photo!
