Xiangu Altar is an eco-tourism attraction located on the top of Xiangu Peak, 15 kilometers south of Tonggu County, Jiangxi Province. Originally built during the Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in the eighth year of Emperor Xianfeng's reign in the Qing Dynasty, it is a brick and stone platform-beam structure with three courtyards, the first and third courtyards serving as fire-proof gables. Although small, covering just over 200 square meters, the temple boasts exquisite craftsmanship, with its gray tiled roofs, eaves and clappers adorned with flowers, birds, and operatic figures. A statue of He Xiangu is enshrined within the altar.
