The lobby staff were very professional and friendly. They even helped me reserve a free shuttle bus on the day of check-out, and most importantly, if you sign up for All ACCOR when checking in, you can check in early for free. 👍My husband and I had to stay at a hotel near D'Mall after staying at Movenpick Resort, so we asked if they could stop on the main road to D'Mall, and they said they could, but it wasn't the stop we were supposed to get off at. We had two suitcases, but it was nice that we were able to use the free shuttle bus without any problems.
