Local winds and stories conveyed through soil

#JulyTravelSupport

From April 29 to August 17, 2025, the "Wind Blowing from the Clay" exhibition, held in the special exhibition hall on the first floor of the Bucheon City Museum's Integrated Building, is a heartwarming ceramics exhibition created through collaboration between local artists and citizens.
Part 1, "Wind-Filled Clay," showcases the works of six Bucheon ceramic artists: Kim Chan-hee, Lee Ho-jeong, Shin Yong-seop, Yang Byeong-chang, Jeong Da-han, and Jeong Hyeon-jeong. They capture stories of wind, nature, and life through clay. The exhibited works are deeply meaningful, reflecting the historical significance of Bucheon's Yeowol-dong Onggi Village and the museum's unique location.
Part 2, "Wind Blowing from the Clay," reflects the title, featuring video works produced with support from the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service, offering a new sensory experience through the convergence of ceramics and video art.
