Yoi (Good) Kuma (Bear) is a Japanese fried food restaurant that was created by interpreting the meaning of the name 'Seonung' given by his parents in Japanese.
In order to provide both the fun of seeing and the fun of eating, seasonal vegetables and fresh ingredients are used to cook the food right after ordering, so it may take some time.
They kindly explain everything, and it was nice that there was a description of the store and a way to eat tendon deliciously written in front of each table.
We had Ebitendon
It had seasonal vegetables, fried shrimp, and half-boiled eggs
It was a crispy yet sweet meal with fresh vegetables.
It was a place I definitely want to visit again next time.
