3-minute walk from Nampo-dong Station on Subway Line 1. Located right next to Gukje Market, this restaurant is said to be the original "Nakbosae" restaurant, founded in 1975.
　　
A Busan specialty with plenty of seafood, it contains octopus, shrimp, and innards. It is a popular meal for workers and a local dish of Busan.

It is called a hot pot of octopus, shrimp, and innards, but it is actually a stir-fry. The spiciness can be adjusted, and this time I chose a milder version.

The soup, which is packed with the flavors of seafood and offal, is exquisite, with crunchy long-fin octopus and tender offal. The flavor of the soup permeates the vegetables as well. The offal was simply delicious.

It's delicious to pour the nakgobse over white rice and eat it with seaweed. It's so tasty you'll get addicted.

You can also add udon or ramen to finish off the meal. The recommended dish is the chewy udon, which goes down easy.

Even if you don't like spicy food, this is delicious. It's one of the local dishes you should try at least once when you visit Busan.
