Gamcheon Culture Village

It's like stepping into a colorful fairy tale town, with various brightly painted streets and whimsical installations. Every corner, from the main streets to the alleys, is a perfect photo op. This is the hottest tourist spot in Busan right now - Gamcheon Culture Village.
From a high vantage point, Gamcheon Culture Village resembles the colorful island of Venice or the Cinque Terre, with its staggered houses and vibrant walls and roofs, giving off a street art vibe. There are many interesting installations to see.
According to my research, this village was originally formed by refugees during the Korean War. Later, through the efforts of local art groups, it gradually transformed into the colorful and whimsical Busan scene we see today.
To get to Gamcheon Culture Village, you need to take the subway to Toseong Station and then transfer to a bus, which takes about 10 minutes. If you find this inconvenient, you can take a taxi directly. Although the cost of living in Korea is high, medical beauty services and taxis are very cheap, comparable to Grab in Southeast Asia.
