EGG DROP Seomyeon Lotte Hou Store

While shopping in the Lotte shopping district in Seomyeon, Busan, I came across the well-known Korean brand EGG DROP. The minimalist white design with wooden accents creates a clean, fresh, and youthful vibe. The menu offers a variety of sandwiches, and we tried their signature American bacon and egg, ham and cheese, and avocado sandwiches. The golden, slightly crispy butter toast paired with the soft-boiled egg and rich sauce creates a rich yet non-greasy flavor.

The avocado sandwich is especially recommended; it strikes the perfect balance between lightness and creaminess, making it perfect for brunch or afternoon tea. While there are branches in many locations across Korea, the Seomyeon location is conveniently located near a department store and subway station. However, the limited seating inside and the slight smell of cooking fumes often lead to takeout. A la carte items range from 5,000 to 8,000 won, and the portions are perfectly generous, flavorful, and quick. You can also order set meals with drinks and snacks.
