A Walk Through History

Chungnyeolsa Shrine is a memorial dedicated to Admiral Yi Sun-sin and the patriotic spirits who sacrificed their lives during the Imjin War. It is also renowned as a tranquil walking spot. Passing through the red Iljumun gate, you enter the shrine grounds where ancient pine trees stand guard along both sides of the path 🌲. The stone steps and dirt trails naturally slow your pace, inviting a leisurely stroll. Scattered along the path are small stone markers and memorials, offering glimpses into historical tales as you walk.
