I've always wanted to try this dish.
Sea urchin bibimbap is only available from June to September. 🤤

I managed to get there just in time on September 30th!!

The generous amount of sea urchin was creamy and delicious, with no unpleasant odor or bitterness. 😭🩷

Since next year is so long, I wish I had visited Busan last month or the month before. 🫠 lol
I'm looking forward to next year!

They're open from the morning, and they also sell abalone porridge, so I recommend that too!
I had the rich and delicious abalone porridge in other months. 🌟
