Oryukdo Skywalk👫🏻Exciting experience of sky walking

#Oryukdo, known for its beauty, is a rocky island located in Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The rocks formed by volcanic activity 80 million years ago have been designated as the #BusanNationalGeopark for their precious geological value. It is also a marine protected area where marine organisms live and an important #cultural heritage designated by the country.

The islands that make up the "Oryukdo" are Shield Island, Songdo Island, Eagle Island, Cone Island, Cave Island and Lighthouse Island from near to far from the land. Since the bottoms of Shield Island and Songdo Island are almost connected, it looks like two islands formed into 6 islands at high tide, but when the tide goes out, it will return to the original 5 islands, hence the name "Oryukdo".

One of Busan's #popularattractions is the #OryukdoSkywalk floating on the coastline. The trail is named "OryukdoSkywalk" with the meaning of "walking in the sky". It is not only a well-known #photography spot, but also a #check-in spot for tourists to experience "walking in the sky". The Skywalk, which offers a panoramic view of the Oryukdo Islands, is built on a cliff at the end of the land. The 15-meter-long Skywalk is located on a 35-meter-high cliff and is made of iron pillars and 24 glass panels, extending into the sea in a horseshoe shape. When we put on anti-fouling shoe covers and stepped onto the glass floor with great trepidation, we looked down at the energetic waves hitting the cliffs, which gave us a strong sense of excitement. Standing in front of the skywalk, you can overlook the islands in the sea piercing the skyline that changes colors instantly. The unique scenery is unforgettable. This skywalk not only brings me a wonderful feeling, but also adds visual impact. It is very exciting and interesting! 🤪🤪

After experiencing the excitement, you can also choose to go to the yacht pier to take a #sightseeing boat to enjoy the charming scenery of Oryukdo Island up close in the turquoise sea.
