Visit the old streets of Xiaguan, a small fishing village in Cangnan

There is a small fishing village with a beautiful name, "Xiaguan," along the coastline of Cangnan. It is said that during the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, the soldiers stationed here saw the morning sun shining on the sea of clouds, with red clouds filling the sky and the sea water turning red, which was very shocking. Therefore, it was named "Xiaguan."

📍Address: No. 8 Jinsha Road, Xiaguan Town, Cangnan County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province

🏖️The 18-kilometer coastline of Xiaguan is home to 8 beaches, which are natural seaside resorts and tourist destinations for summer vacations. The ancient villages scattered in the mountains of Xiaguan are ideal for returning to a simple life and taking photos.
🏘️Xiaguan Old Street is located by the sea and the houses on the street are of different styles, including European, Republic of China, and Nanyang. Here, you can not only see the stone carvings of the Ming Dynasty sea defense map, but also historical buildings such as Islamic architecture, Zhang Qin Qingfeng Pavilion, and Lin Jing's former residence. When the lights are on at night, there is a gentle and quiet feeling.
🐟Xiaguan is rich in shrimp skin, sea cucumber, yellow croaker, grouper, seaweed, and dozens of other seafood products. It is known as the "Hometown of Shrimp Skin in China," so seafood is a must when you come here.
