There’s something truly magical about floating in a hot air balloon over the valleys of Cappadocia at sunrise. This place is all fairy chimneys, cave hotels, and dreamy landscapes. I also hiked the Rose Valley, visited underground cities, and ate way too much gözleme. Evenings were cozy in my stone room with local wine and sunset views.
