A monument located a short distance from Carbon Market, the center of Cebu city.

It is a tourist spot that is not well known to tourists, but it is a very impressive place.

I didn't know such a place existed, but I saw it while traveling by motorbike taxi and was shocked by its power!

The monument is larger than usual, but the tourist spot itself can be enjoyed in about 15 minutes.
