Tom N Toms caffee is located at the Newest destination to chill and dine at "The promenade "located across Shangrila Mactan Resort . The place is great !the ambiance of the shop is neat and minimalist.t has a 2nd floor with amazing view . The drinks prices vary from php 150 -300.They also served pizza and pasta for a reasonable price ranges from Php250-500.I LOVE THE bread !shown in the pictuere ..super yummy ..my new favorite .Great food , amazing view and cool plqce ro hang out .#foodie #cafe
