A Perfect Engagement at Fili Hotel in Cebu

I sought not only the finest hotel in Cebu for my engagement but also one that could truly assist with all my plans. Upon reaching out to Fili, the immediate positive response assured me I was in the right place. They didn't just fulfill my expectations—they excelled past them. The floral arrangements were gorgeous and exactly as I envisioned. While checking in, my fiancée was unaware of the surprise. I requested a staff member to capture the moment—thank you, Earl, for sharing in our special day. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Kristine, the Front Desk Manager, who was very welcoming at the lobby. Later, Ms. Key Ann, Rooms Division Director, personally greeted us. Though busy, she showed us care and made us feel valued. Her genuine leadership clearly shines through her team, as every interaction was filled with warmth and attentiveness. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to stay another night at Fili before returning to Batangas. Beyond that, we're seriously thinking of bringing our family here next year—not only for the wedding reception but also as our home for a few days, since we reside in Batangas. Words can't fully convey our gratitude to the entire Fili team. We genuinely feel lucky to have discovered a place that embodies Filipino hospitality at its finest. From our hearts, thank you, Ms. Key Ann, and everyone at Fili, for making our engagement so meaningful and memorable. Fili truly feels like our home away from home in the Queen City.
