This restaurant, opened by a Michelin-starred chef, we just tried their lunch, and it was top-notch😍
First, the appetizers were full of surprises. Tiny, delicate Japanese tomatoes paired with fresh, crisp arugula and fragrant basil leaves gave a very fresh feeling. Another appetizer was a puff pastry filled with a carefully crafted blend of pork, poultry, and foie gras, rich and flavorful.
Next, for the main course, baked macaroni, with the staff pouring chicken broth on the spot. Each macaroni piece was soaked in the rich and captivating aroma of black truffle, very intense. The fresh fish dish of the day surely did not disappoint seafood lovers, very delightful.
Finally, the dessert section offered five choices. We picked the cream puff tower, crispy on the outside, soft and moist inside, complemented by cream and caramel, delicious😋 The chocolate tart was rich and smooth, exuding a strong cocoa aroma, yummy!
The lunch menu combines various high-quality ingredients with the chef’s exquisite cooking skills, bringing diners a layered and uniquely flavored dining experience. Whether appetizers, main courses, or desserts, every dish sparks strong interest and eager desire to try, definitely worth a visit!
