Grand Hyatt Jakarta|Where Luxury Meets Convenience Perfectly

First time in Jakarta, this area is considered the city center. Around the intersection, there are many hotels including Hyatt, Pullman, Mandarin Oriental, Kempinski, and within 2 kilometers, there are also Park Hyatt and Shangri-La.
The entrance of this Hyatt reminds me of the Hyatt in Changsha, with the main door on the 2nd floor, but check-in requires going up to the lobby. As a Globalist, I was taken to the Grand Club on the 22nd floor for check-in and upgraded to a suite. Of course, having a suite is satisfying; Southeast Asian hotels are still closer to domestic standards (unlike the many large Western hotels). The room is clearly designed for business travelers. In fact, every night in Jakarta was spent at the desk in the lobby. The bedroom, living room, and washroom are clearly divided. There is a bathtub along with a shower, typical Hyatt style. The welcome gift was okay, but I didn’t touch it.
The lounge breakfast was pretty good. Honestly, after having so many hotel breakfasts, the word "rich" downstairs doesn’t attract me much; I just want it to be quiet and less crowded. I could order a bowl of noodles with a sunny side up egg or my favorite omelet, some simple fruit and yogurt, plus a cup of hot black tea, and I wouldn’t need lunch. The lounge’s happy hour is quite simple but filling. One night, the fried rice was especially delicious, incredibly fresh and tasty, haha.
Every hotel staff member greeted guests with a smile and was enthusiastic, especially the glasses-wearing lady at the door, the two ladies and one young man in the lounge. By the time of checkout, everyone in the lounge could address me by my surname to greet and say goodbye, which left a very good impression. Staying at the Hyatt isn’t particularly stunning, but it’s reliable, unlike some embarrassing ones that just occupy the three essentials.
