I stayed at Changsha ISEYA Hotel this time, and the overall experience was quite good and unique.

My check-in experience:

1. I didn't receive a call asking about room upgrades before check-in, but the staff were enthusiastic and answered all my questions, which left a good first impression.

2. The location is great, right by the Xiangjiang River, and close to popular attractions such as Pozi Street and Taiping Street, all within walking distance. There are many delicious foods around, and it is very convenient to travel, whether by taxi, bus, or subway.

3. The check-in process was efficient. I booked a normal stay, without any special circumstances such as points redemption. The hotel gave me a special Changsha snack as a welcome gift, which was very thoughtful.

4. The overall decoration style of the hotel is fashionable and artistic. The lobby is tastefully decorated with many artistic decorations, which is eye-catching.

5. The room facilities are very intelligent. The lights, air conditioning, etc. can be controlled by mobile phone. The bedding is comfortable, and the decoration details are well done, incorporating many local cultural elements of Changsha, such as some old photos of Changsha on the walls.

6. The room I stayed in had a large balcony with a direct view of the Xiangjiang River. There were also comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony. It was very pleasant to sit there in the evening, enjoy the breeze, and look at the river view.
