Shantou Seaside Corridor ➠ Shantou Fort ➠ Shantou Museum of Opening-up Culture ➠ Shantou Post Office Building ➠ Shantou Small Park ➠ Shantou Hotel
Mainly experience the cultural essence of Shantou Special Economic Zone, and find Shantou street snacks and delicacies along the way😍

🏢[Accommodation]
It is recommended to stay near Paifang Street in Chaozhou Ancient City and near MixC in Shantou, which is convenient for all attractions.

🥘[Food]
Most of the food on this trip was chosen spontaneously, based on how many people were buying from a particular shop🤣 Fortunately, there weren't any major disappointments.
Abin Beef Hot Pot, near Guangji Tower, around 70 CNY per person. The freshly made beef balls are big and bouncy.
Guantang Chaoyu Xian Fish Restaurant, near North Gate Market, not far from West Lake Park. The seafood casserole porridge is rich and delicious, and the fresh fish is superb.
Sesame Tea, right outside West Lake Park. There are two shops, Wei Ji and Xie Huailiang. The sesame almond tea tastes a bit strange at first, but the more you drink, the more addictive it becomes.
Fermented Bean Curd Chicken Wings, you can buy them anywhere on Paifang Street, they all taste pretty much the same. My kid devoured 3, but I found them a bit greasy. Lihe Zhi Tea, you can order takeout, their signature drinks are pretty safe bets!

🧡[Tips]:
Chaoshan area temperature from March to April
March: 13℃~29℃
April: 18℃~31℃
Be sure to wear sunscreen, wear sunscreen, wear sunscreen! Bring a small fan, drinking water, sunglasses, and a parasol as needed to prevent heatstroke! Spring and summer in Chaoshan are also rainy seasons, so it is recommended that everyone bring an umbrella. Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes during this time, so you can prepare mosquito repellent or mosquito repellent bracelets in advance, or you can buy them at local stores.
Chaoshan is more about eating than playing. The attractions are concentrated in one area, making it easy to check in to popular spots. It is especially suitable for leisure trips with family, friends, or besties!
