This level crossing, located next to Taimali Station in Taitung County, has become a popular photo-op spot due to its resemblance to the seaside level crossing where the character Sakuragi Hanamichi from the Japanese sports cartoon "Sakuragi Hanamichi" travels. Also known as the Sakuragi Hanamichi Level Crossing, it's the most visited level crossing in Taiwan, even now maintaining security personnel. On clear days, you can see Green Island ahead. Every visitor to Taitung has likely visited this level crossing. While it might seem ordinary, it has gained widespread fame through media and online media coverage. However, there are quite a few people and vehicles here, so be mindful of safety when taking photos. Don't get injured just to take a photo of the level crossing—it's a waste of time.
