Accommodation experience at the German hotel level: Qiwanglou Hotel

The hotel we stayed at in Chengde was formerly a state guesthouse and is designed in the style of a Chinese classical garden boutique hotel. The courtyard has rockery and stacked stones, ancient pines and cypresses, and the original site was a royal garden.

The hotel has hosted many political and business tycoons. The Qi Wang Tower inside is the sixth of the "Thirty-six Scenic Spots of Qianlong" in the Mountain Resort. It was built between the 48th and 52nd year of Emperor Kangxi's reign.

Although the guest rooms are not large, they are clean and tidy overall and comfortable to stay in. The hotel is within walking distance to the entrance of the Mountain Resort. There are also many restaurants and shops around it, which is very convenient. It is a good choice for local tourism accommodation. 👍🏼
