Tickets for the 2025 Chengdu International Panda Lantern Festival are free, but reservations are required. This is the 54th lantern festival held in Chengdu.

Reservation method: Follow the "54th Chengdu International Panda Lantern Festival" WeChat official account and make a reservation with real-name authentication by linking your ID card number and mobile phone number.

Reservation restrictions: Reservations are limited and require real-name authentication. After a successful reservation, please bring your ID card to the lantern festival.

Event location: Jiangtan Park, Chengdu High-tech Zone

Transportation: Public transportation is recommended. You can take Metro Line 1 or Line 18 to Century City Station, or take Bus 115, 102, 240, etc. directly to the venue.

Lantern Festival Highlights
This lantern festival is themed around pandas and combines local cultural elements of Chengdu to create a spectacular light show.

At the entrance of the lantern festival, there are four large lantern displays: "Double Treasures Competing for Spring," Fuxi Panda, Nuwa Panda, Heavenly Maid Scattering Flowers, and "Snow on Mount Shu." Among them, "Snow on Mount Shu" is the absolute highlight of this lantern festival, showcasing the majestic mountains, waterfalls, pavilions, and beautiful scenery of Mount Shu in 360°.

During the lantern festival, there are hundreds of other lantern displays, including themes such as pandas, Fuxi, Nuwa, Li Bai, and Wen Jun, showcasing the history, culture, and humanistic charm of Chengdu.

Tips:
Snacks around the lantern festival are more expensive than outside because vendors have to pay a booth fee. You can bring your own food and water.

The tour takes about 1–2 hours.
