Exploring Huanglongxi Ancient Town

A while ago, I visited Huanglongxi Ancient Town, which offers free entry and is open all day.

Longtan Square, a sunken plaza covering around 2,000 square meters, features the themes of the Nine Sons of the Dragon and Huanglong Spouting Water, inspired by the legend of Zhuge Wuhou. Residential Culture Street showcases traditional Sichuan-style courtyard architecture and provides a glimpse into the local culture and lifestyle. The Three County Courthouse, historically managing civil affairs, water regulations, and bandit control, adds to the town's historical significance.

Wearing comfortable footwear was essential as the town's pathways are mostly stone-paved. Dressing appropriately for the weather and bringing an umbrella made the visit more enjoyable. Huanglongxi Ancient Town's charm and cultural beauty left a lasting impression, making it a highly recommended destination.
