Wuhou Shrine Museum is a great place to visit if you’re interested in the history of China’s Three Kingdoms era. It is dedicated to Zhuge Liang, a famous military strategist, and Liu Bei, the ruler of the Shu Kingdom.
The museum has beautiful old buildings, large statues, and peaceful gardens. Walking through the red-walled paths and ancient cypress trees feels like stepping back in time. Inside, you’ll find historical artifacts, calligraphy, and displays that tell the story of the Three Kingdoms period in an easy-to-understand way.
One special spot is Liu Bei’s tomb, which has been left untouched for centuries as a sign of respect. After visiting, you can walk over to Jinli Old Street, right next door, to try some local snacks and shop for souvenirs.
