🎈 Jinmao Tower is a skyscraper in the Lujiazui area of Shanghai, approximately 420 meters tall with 88 floors. It was constructed in 1994 and completed in 1998. At that time, it was the tallest building in China and the third tallest in the world.
🎈 Jinmao Tower combines Chinese architecture with modern design, shaped like an eight-sided Chinese pagoda stacked in layers. The observation deck we visit is on the 88th floor, about 340 meters high, offering views of the tall buildings in Lujiazui including Shanghai Tower, the tallest building in Shanghai and China and the third tallest in the world at 632 meters; Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), ranked 12th tallest in the world; the Pearl Tower, an important landmark of Shanghai in Pudong; as well as the Puxi side with The Bund and Nanjing Road, featuring beautiful European architectural buildings.
