Accommodation for a few hundred baht in Chengdu, near Chengdu East Station

I would like to recommend a place to stay in Chengdu. This place is located next to the Chengdu East Railway Station on the east gate. The hotel is in the same building as Longemont, but the entrance to the hotel is on the side, near the Rayfront Hotel, which is popular among Thais.
The reason I chose to stay here is because when booking, it will say that the accommodation is non-smoking (some accommodations say that some rooms are non-smoking). This place is very convenient if you have to take the morning train to Jiuzhaigou because you can cross the street from the hotel to the entrance of the train station.
We got the place for less than a thousand baht. There is a Family Mart on the ground floor. You can eat here. There are a lot of things to eat. The room view overlooks the train station. You can see trains coming and going all the time.
