We went to Shu Da Xia Hot Pot in Kuanzhai Alley.
The moment the hotpot arrived, the aroma of bubbling red oil captivated us.

What's more, you can enjoy a face-changing performance during dinner! It's an excellent value!

🥩 The beef rolls were arranged like flowers, and served in an ice bucket, a truly ceremonial experience. Tripe, yellow throat, and duck intestines were simmered in the pot in seconds, resulting in a deliciously crispy dish you can't stop eating. Paired with brown sugar glutinous rice cakes and fried crispy pork, the tangy, sweet, and spicy atmosphere is the perfect way to experience Chengdu!

📸 The atmosphere is incredibly lively, and once the tables are full, photos are instantly worthy of your attention. Even hotpot meals can create epic moments.
👣 After dinner, you can stroll through Kuanzhai Alley for a breathtaking night view.
