I chose the corner Loft suite with an amazing 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling window! During the day, you can see the continuous blue-tiled roofs of Taikoo Li; at dusk, watch the 339 TV Tower light up; late at night, lie in bed and count the neon lights of IFS. The biggest surprise is the large bathtub by the window—sprinkle the bath salts provided by the hotel, soak while watching the city nightscape flow by, and every snap looks like an Instagram masterpiece.

The 24-hour concierge is super reliable! Upon arrival, I received a handwritten Chengdu guide, even marking which snack stalls on Jianshe Road are safe bets. Free capsule coffee and lemon water are provided; the washer-dryer combo saved me after a day of walking, and they helped call a car at checkout to save queuing time.

📍 Location deserves praise with eyes closed

A 10-minute walk to Taikoo Li to snap the climbing panda, just 50 meters downstairs is the original Maojiao Huo La skewer shop, 400 meters to Metro Line 2 for easy access to the Panda Base and Jinli. Hungry late at night? Delivery arrives in half an hour for a midnight snack.

⚠️ Small tip: Book the corner suite in advance; the best light for photos is from 4 to 6 PM. Remember to turn off indoor lights when shooting night views to avoid reflections!
