Introducing Wuhan Haichang Polar Ocean Park
                    Wuhan Polar Ocean World is China's only multi-story, multi-venue indoor polar ocean theme park. Resembling a giant white whale leaping into the heart of Wuhan, the park features exhibits, performances, and interactive activities with rare polar and marine animals and fish, including emperor penguins, polar bears, false killer whales, beluga whales, walruses, and dolphins.

The polar animal display area features adorable penguins, plush polar bears, Arctic wolves, seals, walruses, sea lions, fur seals, and other polar animals. There are six species of penguins: emperor penguins, king penguins, white-browed penguins, Adélie penguins, rockhopper penguins, and chinstrap penguins.
In 2016, a new temperate penguin species was added - the Magellanic penguin.
