Mae Kha Canal, a new and chic landmark in the heart of Chiang Mai

A canal that has been renovated to be a walking area🚶‍♀️but the houses along the canal were not demolished🏡, which makes the atmosphere similar to Otaru Canal in Japan. The environment is clean, making it feel inviting to walk around, and it still maintains the original Mae Kha Canal, which is only 2 kilometers away from Tha Pae Gate.

The canal is decorated with flowers along the way🌻🌷🌳and there are chic photo spots where you can stop and take photos. In addition, there are souvenirs for sale on both sides of the canal and a variety of street foods to choose from, including Japanese-style cafes, spicy noodles, BBQ, and ice cream🍦🧋🍢. I've only selected some shops because there are so many.

I recommend the evening when you can see the sunset🌅. The light is beautiful and the sun is not hot, making it a great place to take a leisurely stroll. Sit and sip a drink in a slow life style 👍🏻
