[Chiang Mai] Shan temples that still retain the atmosphere of Myanmar

Introducing a rare Shan temple in the old town of Chiang Mai♪

There are many temples in the old town of Chiang Mai, but this is one of the few Burmese Shan temples🇲🇲

It is located on the northeast side of the old town, along the moat.
It seems that this name was given because there used to be a lot of Pao trees📝

The white paint on the pagoda has peeled off, but I like it because it gives you a sense of the passage of time☺️
There are stairs at the back of the second photo, and it seems that going up them leads to a hall, but I didn't know that when I went there and couldn't reach the hall😂
So, if you go there, be careful!
